Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states and territories). We are working to expand our international shipping options and will update this page when new destinations become available.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight shipping methods.
- Some oversized or hazardous items may have additional shipping restrictions noted on the product page.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
